Don’t let your realtor tell you don’t need a good Real Estate Attorney.

Most people buy and sell at least one home during their lifetime and frequently the realtor will tell you that an attorney is not necessary. This is not good advice because a good real estate attorney should prepare of review the agreement of sale, give advice on inspection reports, assist in the mortgage application process, review title questions and represent you at closing. I have represented hundreds of buyers and sellers of residential and commercial  property and I can save you money on things that a realtor will never tell you.
